Who is responsible

Pelagos is published by Thomas Fontaine. For any question or request about your data: thomas.fontaine95@gmail.com.

What the app collects

• Your account (if you create one): email address and first name.
• Your training data: program parameters (discipline, level, goal), completed sessions, perceived effort, reference tests.
• That's all: no location, no contacts, no ads, no third-party trackers.

Where your data lives

Data is hosted by Supabase on servers located in Paris (European Union). Without an account, the app runs fully locally: your data stays on your phone and is sent nowhere.

What it is used for

Only to run the service: generate your program, track your progress, sync your devices. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Payments

Purchases go through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Pelagos never sees nor stores your payment details.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can access, correct, or request full deletion of your data — from the app's settings (account deletion) or by email. Data is kept as long as your account exists, then deleted.

Health

Pelagos is a training tool, not a medical device. The self-reported data you enter is neither medical data nor analyzed for health purposes.
